Accessibility

Our commitment to making AYANA usable for more people, including learners who rely on assistive technologies or alternative ways to navigate the web.
Our accessibility commitment
We consider accessibility part of product quality. AYANA should be usable by learners with diverse needs, including those who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or high-contrast display settings.
We improve accessibility over time as we ship updates, fix reported issues, and refine the interface.
Target standard
We aim to conform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard for core user journeys, including sign-in, mentor chat, Studio, and navigation.
[ACCESSIBILITY CONFORMANCE STATUS — e.g. partially conformant; full audit pending. Update after formal WCAG review.]
Keyboard and visual design
We strive to ensure interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, that focus states are visible, and that text and controls meet reasonable contrast requirements.
Theme options and layout choices are designed to support readable content across common screen sizes and device types.
Feedback and support
If you encounter an accessibility barrier — such as missing labels, poor contrast, keyboard traps, or content that does not work with your assistive technology — please tell us via the Contact page or email contact@daetis.ai.
Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, your browser and assistive technology if known, and a description of the issue. This helps us reproduce and fix problems faster.
Known gaps
Some areas of the platform may not yet fully meet our target standard. Complex interactive tools, newer features, and rapidly evolving Studio or Co-Lab components may have outstanding accessibility issues.
[KNOWN ACCESSIBILITY GAPS — e.g. list specific pages or components pending remediation after audit. Update as fixes ship.]
Third-party content and embeds
AYANA integrates with third-party services such as Auth0 for authentication. Embedded or linked third-party content may have its own accessibility characteristics that we do not fully control.
We choose integrations carefully and prefer providers that support accessible sign-in and core flows, but some limitations may remain outside our direct control.
Contact
Accessibility questions, feedback, or requests for assistance can be sent to contact@daetis.ai.
We welcome reports from learners, educators, and accessibility advocates and prioritise fixes that unblock access to core learning features.
